A judge has thrown out rape charges filed in July against actor Anthony Anderson because the accuser’s testimony was “suspicious and bizarre”. The accuser’s husband who was working as a Production Assistant on the set of the movie testified against his wife telling she thought claiming rape would be an easy way to get money. This was a huge turning point in the case for the Mr. Anderson. But who really though sweet ole’ Anthony was guilt of such a crime anyway?

Jennifer Lopez is desperately trying to get her "Jenny from the Block" video — which features herself and then-boyfriend Ben Affleck pulled from VH1 and MTV permanently. Lopez's camp is insisting the video "not be considered or shown." No word on whether or not the cable channels will comply, but word is that Lopez's hubby, Marc Anthony, is jealous of the concept…

The maker of Kool Cigarettes agreed Wednesday to pay $1.5 million and cut back on hip-hop themed advertising to settle charges the company's promotions targeted African-American youths. The Attorney General from Illinois, New York and Maryland, sued Kool maker Brown & Williamson over its "Kool MIXX" marketing, which tapped into hip-hop culture with packaging, DJ contests and other techniques. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco bought Brown & Williamson in July, and signed the settlement without admitting wrongdoing…
