The Santa Monica Police Department has issued a warrant for the arrest of G-Unit rapper Young Buck in connection with chaos at Monday's Vibe Awards. The warrant comes after reviewing a videotape of the fight that broke out. Investigators believe Buck (born David Darnell Brown) stabbed 26-year-old Los Angeles native Jimmy James Johnson after Johnson assaulted Dr. Dre during the ceremony. Johnson was rushed to the hospital suffering a collapsed lung. He is in stable condition. Young Buck has been asked to turn himself in but has yet to respond to the accusations.

Eminem pushed 700,000 units last week pushing it to No. 1 on the U.S. pop charts after just three days. "Encore" represents the fourth-best debut this year, behind R&B singer Usher's "Confessions" (1.1 million copies), jazz singer Norah Jones' "Feel Like Home" (1.0 million) and country star Tim McGraw's "Live Like You Were Dying" (766,000).

A settlement has been issued in the class action lawsuit on behalf of African-American, Latino and Asian-American plaintiffs vs. Abercrombie & Fitch to pay $40 million dollars to rejected applicants and employees who were the victims of discrimination by the company. The settlement also requires the company to institute a range of policies and programs to promote diversity among its work force and to prevent discrimination based on race or gender.

Kelis, Mary J. Blige and JC Chasez will appear in the Gap’s new winter ad campaign called “How Do You Share It?” Commercials will debut this week.

The New York Post Page Six reports that TOXICOLOGY tests on the body of Ol' Dirty Bastard will take several days, but don't be surprised if cocaine is found in the troubled rapper's system. A source who was close to the ODB tells PAGE SIX that he had been up for two days using the drug before he mysteriously dropped dead on Saturday. "What's worse is that his family has a history of heart problems," the source says. ODB was "acting paranoid" and complaining of chest pains before he died, family members told The Post.
